it was great! it was angsty, forbidden and spiceyyyyy in all the good ways

I wanted to love this book it had great potential, unfortunately I found it lacking.
The FMC was freaking annoying, incredibly naive, dense, irresponsible and to stupid for words.
The MMC kept blaming himself for "disappointing everyone and not being able to protect the fmc".
Which was 100% beyond his control because "YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID!"
The evil Mastermind/Villain speech was unbelievably cliché and super Cringy.
The narrators were meh, not really a fan of the female narrator.
Mmale narrator was fine, could use some work on his Irish accent.
