Summary

When you are on the run, the last thing you should do is fall in love.

"Where do you want to go?"

"Anywhere," I say, breathless and desperate.

"Get on."

I promised my mother on her deathbed that I would be a good girl for my stepfather. Paul has raised me and given me everything I ever wanted, except for my freedom. Now he wants to marry me, and no longer can I keep my promise. Running away is my only option, but staying hidden is impossible with the power Paul holds.

In the heat of the moment, I jump on the back of a motorcycle with a complete stranger to escape. Chase takes me into his biker world, and, for the first time, I am discovering what a true family is. With my newfound freedom, I’m living life and falling in love with a man who has his own secrets, and whom I suspect is just as dangerous.

Paul, however, will come for me, and when he does, I will run again. I should never have let myself fall in love. Now I have two powerful men chasing me, but there is only one I want to be captured by.

Am I destined always to be this stray alley cat without a home? Will love ever catch up with me?

This is an MC romance based on the retelling of the Grimm Brothers fairytale, Allerleirauh.

biker

Allie was on the run from her stepfather. She finds herself in a biker bar asking for them to help her. Chase is there and he takes her home. Chase is a perfect protective alpha. Sparks fly between them. Great chemistry between Allie and Chase. Allie finds herself a home amongst a MC.
They is pain, heat and romance. Loved this book and look forward more .

Great narrating

The story is a great retelling from the Brothers's , the narration, though singular, I do prefer dual, was wonderfully executed.

I look forward to reading and listening to more.
