The two narrator's did their best job yet of portraying these characters & the emotions during all of the situations. They captured every nuance beautifully!🎧🎤😍,
This book started as it meant to go on ... by giving me a stress ulcer & heart palpitations!🙈 With both Max & Dree kidnapped at the end of book #3, this picks up a while later.😳 Thankfully Dree, with her wit & fire, gave me plenty of giggles & light hearted moments even during the most stressful & life threatening of times!😂 We need them both to escape or be found asap though!🙏
A number of old friends crawl out of the wood work, thankfully, to offer aid. We also encounter a type of 'inch worm' (the kids song was on repeat in my head.😂) that's integral to the plot.👍 The depth & extremes of the backstabbing, betrayals & attempted murders of the past decade finally all come to light in the long awaited council meeting!💥 So who will finally be Crowned?👑
This was so gripping, I couldn't stop listening so completed it in one sitting.🎧
Maxence made up for his failings in 'Prince, book #3' and then some.🙏💘 Now I'm hanging on the edge of this cliffhanger by my bleeding finger tips, it's that steep!!😲💥 I'm so excited for book #5, This series is truly unmissable!🌟

A stellar performance by Shane East and Lucy Rivers! East and River are true professionals; they easily slip into the characters' personas, capturing emotions and humanizing them. They literally made the story more engaging. All in all, Royal is a thrilling rollercoaster ride wrapped in drama, intrigue, and passionate romance. The series is terrific, brilliantly written, enthralling, and 100% addictive, one I'm wholeheartedly recommending.
