I found this book to be really interesting. This guy has some great insights into what makes a great Startup management team, and how every Visionary needs to team up with an Integrator who can help manage the business and handle the details. Highly recommended !

I’ve read a review that said that if you’ve read Traction and Grip you shouldn’t bother with this one. I found that not to be the case. I’ve listened to Traction and Grip twice and only after this one was I able to identify myself as a visionary. Awesome book and possibly life changing.

I was struggling to grow my business and kept buying books on marketing, sales and output but wasn't seeing the results I wanted. This book showed me that I'm missing a vital part to my business and how to bring an integrator on board.

This book was a new discovery. I didn't realise where I stood until I learnt about the VI combo and now everything makes sense.

I read / listen to a lot of business books. Quite often I think I should read and annotate a paper copy, but sometimes the author/ reader adds more, so listening is well worth it.
I think this book was spoiled by the reader. The concepts and tools were excellent, but it should have been read by someone else.

I listened and loved Get a Grip. In fact I’ve listened 3or 4 times.
I’ve read Traction - I get it, the ethos, the principles etc
Rocket Fuel didn’t live up to previous books in the same series.
If you’ve not read any Gino Wickman books I strongly suggest you start with a Get a Grip then Traction and swerve the remains books.
