I have been lately working on managing my responses in difficult times and Rising strong has given me a great insight to it. This book had been by far the best book I have read. It's my first book written by Brene Brown and I can't wait to explore the other books she has written down. Truly vulnerable in expressing her own emotions allowed me to understand that we all run sweat and are covered with dust in the arena, when we r knocked down. We all should be confident to rise up and face the battle . Thanks to Dr. Brene Brown not only for the courage to write a book on shame and Vulnerability but also for narrating it in her own voice, which made the audible truly authentic. Thanks again!

So much good stuff here to think about. The book is a little long or maybe should hear it twice to remember more but I really liked it. Thank you Brene for putting these thought out there. Gave me more clearness.

I feel I am living strong. Not easy pathway but it is what it is. So nice to feel supported that there are more people out there seeking answers and want to have open, kind and honest conversations.
