Great and captivating book to listen. Story flows well from previous book and narration is well done.

Waited this book for months and it didnt dissapoint.

This book was slower to start than the last but then it moves a pace to a cataclysmic ending that lines up for more in the series nicely 👌 also, there is more fleshing out of characters which hints at how this story will develop moving forward and honestly I can't wait for more 😃

The story, it's a tournament arc with the usually things, bratty nobles bla. it's fine. I like the stuff before hand abit more would have liked more sect building but God the sweet sweet cathartic revenge stella gets near the end is so satisfying. Can't wait for book 3...in Dec. hopefully THAT doesn't get delayed and pushed back, either way I'm buying it!

Narration is good, tho sometimes Stella's inner monologue sounded like Ash but that being nitpicky.

Great characters and setting with fun action and satisfying cultivationy goodness. Great narration too.

The stakes were too low, as the characters always found a solution and no characters on the good side died. It got boring to read as I knew the author would never kill off any of the good side characters.
