Hyphonis is a powerful thing

Hypnosis is a powerful thing. There is a misconception that with hypnosis you will lose control of yourself. I studied psychology and there are many types and approaches to hypnosis. The hypnosis thought in this audiobook is safe. I used to do these type of hypnosis to manage migraine headaches, so I know it works. Give it a try as part of your weight loss plan. The narrator also did a great job.

A new approach that's really cool

I've never heard of meditation exercises for weight loss before but after listening to this audiobook I've no idea why not. It fits perfectly. So much of weight loss and body image is about mindset, so if you can address your mindset and attitude about food and the way you look, the weight will come off. The book also covers the basics of eating well and building good food habits which is very helpful as well.
