I have been struggling with weight loss for years and have tried pretty much everything out there. I was ready to think outside the box and found this audiobook that has a different approach to weight loss. Its not about drastic changes but little ones and instead of my mind feeling deprived I have taken control. The book is well written and I am loving the meditations.
