Though I've just started it,

Though I've just started it, I love this book. I'm grateful to the author. She mentions how qi gong helped her in her own life. That was encouraging to me. Qi gong actually works! I really like how she goes into great detail in describing how to stand - it's seemingly a simple thing, but hardly anyone spends time on exactly how to do it well. It's the foundation of qi gong. Her references to the 5 elements and all their associations (and corresponding movements) are enjoyable to read and understand.

Extremely Helpful

The book is extremely well done and focused, diving into the exercise in great depth. For me, it will be invaluable. Although I studied this exercise with one of Bruce's senior teachers, I was also working on Energy Gates and the long Tai Chi form while working a demanding job, so Heaven and Earth became the odd man out.

"The Way of Qigong

the author's audible serves as a great way for the neophyte Qigong practitioner to get his or her feet wet in the internal arts, so if you're new to this, just relax and dive in. And if you consider yourself an advanced student, regale "The Way of Qigong" as one of your reference works.
