Loved it, the story is fantastic and the narration is Kenneth Obi at his best! He brought the Ward team to life for me, It's not an easy book to narrate as there are so many reoccurring characters aside from the main MC's but he does a fabulous job. Geoffrey is so cute! Cannot wait for more of the Ward Security books on Audio, I've read them all and am so looking forward to listening to them.

Just finished the first audiobook of the series and absolutely loved it!

As a fan of ‘The Unbreakable Bonds Series’ I had no doubt that this would be hit.

This spin off series does not disappoint!

Kenneth Obi narrates as he does the original series, but if I have to make one criticism, it is that Kenneth’s voices for the characters in the original series for some reason do not match up in this series for example: Rowe’s character is quite distinctive and his partner Noah, has a softer tone, but in this book, Kenneth’s voice impersonation does not sound the same for the same characters in The Unbreakable Bonds series.

I’m sure other addicts of this series would probably agree, but overall, the storyline is captivating as well as the characters, (as they have all been introduced via a Unbreakable Bonds), but the more memorable characters have had their own stories told in this spin off.

I highly recommend that if anyone wants to listen to this series, that they do listen to The Unbreakable Bonds series first, even though this could be heard as a stand-alone, your understanding of the characters as whole would be better experienced by listening to the original series first 😊

Can’t wait to listen to the rest, I got all the released audiobooks in one go so I could listen one after another 😁

I highly recommend this series and guarantee you won’t be disappointed 😁😁😊

Once I'd gotten used to Kenneth Obi's voice, I really enjoyed this audio book. As a Drake and Elliott fan [big time], I was a little wary of their choice of narrator as some authors just don't seem to bother matching their characters to narrators, but I think they've hit the jackpot first time around!! His voice for Geoffrey [who is one of my fave characters] is sweet, full of sass and kind; although Geoff is rather flamboyant, the narrator didn't feminise his voice at all [thank goodness]...he's ALL man, as Sven found out :-). Sven's voice, as you'd expect for a Viking man mountain [and Geoff's own personal jungle gym, hehe] was deep and husky, and you can tell that Kenneth Obi has put a helluva lot of thought into the character voices for both this series, and I assume the Unbreakable Bonds series, cos his Andrei voice was just to die for, swoon. Rowe and Noah, Snow and Jude also made an appearance, and I shall certainly be buying the audios when they come out. Congrats to all concerned, and 4.5 stars overall for this effort. <3

Loved Sven and Jeffery's story when I read it. Jeffery was always a fav in the Unbreakable Bonds series.

This is the first book of the spin off of the amazing Unbreakable Bond series. I am not disappointed, it is filled with the trademark action, snarkiness, hot men and compelling storyline.

I loved that minor characters from the Unbreakable Bonds series get their own book and that you can find out what makes them tick. Geoffrey and Sven are fantastic each battling their own issues but when they came together it was magical. I like to make a special mention of the door scene which was brilliantly done.

Kenneth Obi's narration was sublime he puts such feeling and emotion into all his characters who each get their own voice and personality.

I highly recommend this audiobook

Clumsily written and not well read. It reads like a high school creative writing project, possibly an okay plot but poor, stilted dialogue and "what I did last summer' description ruin it. This might be manageable if the reader was any good, but he's not so it's really noticeable.
