About this listen
Enter Mitch Rapp, America's top counterterrorism operative. Rapp convinces President Josh Alexander to sign off on a risky operation that will push Iran to the brink of revolution. But when Iran recruits Hezbollah master terrorist Imad Mukhtar, and a CIA effort goes disastrously wrong, Rapp and Mukhtar are set on a collision course that threatens to engulf the entire region in war. With the clock ticking, Rapp is given 24 hours, no questions asked, to do whatever it takes to stop Mukhtar, and avert an unthinkable catastrophe.

If you have read any of Vince Flynn's books staring CIA agent Mitchell Rapp you know what ro expect. A fast paced, well crafted story with twists and turns.
A good listen but I would suggest you read the books in order to appreciate all the nuances.
Mitch Rapp being himself

Would you consider the audio edition of Protect and Defend to be better than the print version?
Have not read in print but the way Guidall voices the characters is the way I'd imagined them from others in the series I have read. What did you like best about this story?
The Mitch legend is building more and more through this book. I started at the back reading The Last Man and enjoyed so much I am going back over the back issuesWhat does George Guidall bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?
Guidall voices the characters is the way I'd imaginedWas this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes, I listen normally in the car whilst at work (around 30 hrs a week!) and found myself siting in car parks not wanting to get out!Mitch turns more Mitch!
