Ein Sack enthält einen Menschen, es wimmelt von Templern in weißen Mänteln, immer wieder taucht eine Person in immer neuen Verkleidungen auf. Es geht um den Schatz der Tempelritter. Van Dusen als Vertreter der Vernunft durchschaut schnell das ganze Theater, findet sich aber zum Schluss gefesselt auf den Schienen vor dem heranrasenden Express - und wäre nicht Mr. Hatch und seine Leidenschaft für Zigarren, wäre es ihm übel ergangen.
