short but useful
An enjoyable book packed with useful details about Tai Chi and a few exercises too. It was easy to listen to and very informative. I liked the breakdown of stages of learning into what the beginner, intermediate, and advanced practitioners should focus on as it gave clear guidance. I learnt a lot.

I was practicing Tai Chi
Although I was practicing Tai Chi with instructors in Croatia, they never said much about the philosophy and concepts behind Tai Chi, It was just the movements. so this book gave me insight on what is behind the movements

Bit of a disappointment
I thought maybe this was going to be more instructional on the ‘doing the forms’ front, but it was only more of the few minutes in the downloaded sample. Instructional I suppose if you know next to nothing about Tai chi but not if you need help to learn the forms.
