I listen EVERY night!!!
Ok, so this is my new favorite thing. I play as I get into bed and the music is very pretty and calming. I think it actually helps me fall asleep faster. Its 9 hours long so it is usually still playing when I wake up, which is nice, I have definitely noticed that I am not obsessing over food as much as I usually do, This is HUGE for me because I usually am constantly thinking about food, It is SO nice to be obsessing over food all the time.

Effective and Helpful for Losing Weight
