I read this book a number of years ago and the series became one of my favourites, so I was excited that it had finally come out on audio. It does not disappoint!
The narrator is excellent and you very quickly get lost into the story.
Can’t wait to listen to the rest of the series.

It's my third reread of this book but first time listening on audio and I enjoyed every minute of it.
Wasn't sure about the narrator in the beginning but their voice eventually grew on me. Can't wait to listen to the rest of the series on audio.

Kristin Atherton brings this story to life… you really get to know the characters with her sensitivity… I hope Kristin gets to narrate the latter part of the chronicles too

I had the whole bookset years ago and I read them all multiple times over. After getting audible it was the first book I looked for but it hadn't been released. So excited that the books are now here. Amazingly written. I recommend this to everyone.

I love this book from my teens, it’s one of my favourites and a great story. Long awaited release of the audiobook in the uk, Kristin is fantastic and I really hope the rest are released with this narrator!

Excellent narration of a much loved book!

I find it hard to get into books usually but this is an exception, I found the story accessible and interesting. Not so complicated I got lost or bored and not so simplistic or predictable that there weee no surprises, perfect for me. Most of the characters were likeable and relatable despite my frustration with the main character I have to remind myself of her age and upbringing before judging her harshly. Overall really enjoyed and will be getting the next in the series shortly.
