First of all, ignore all the 1 star reviews. These people are bitter and delusional.

I genuinely believe, that anyone reading/listening to this book will resonate with something in there.
I shed so many tears, but also felt so grateful that there are people willing to share their stories. Grateful that although life be really s***, there are good people and good things can happen.

This book is like therapy. I've struggled a lot being a mum and this book just makes you realise you are normal, you aren't a bad mum, mum guilt is felt by every mum and that being a mum is bloody hard at times and that's ok! I absolute love Rachel and really hope she writes another book!!

This was amazing! Having followed the page on Facebook, I couldn't wait to treat myself to the audio book. I put in my earphones every night when my own 3 tiny turds where sleeping. I laughed, cried and sobbed along to rachaeles story. What a woman!!
