Good stuff

A real thriller set in heated political times - characters well drawn out and the story riveting - even though I did lose concentration once or twice through the convoluted story.
Very like John le Carres early works.
I would recommend this story.

Lost in the myriad of characters

If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?

I don't know.

Has Paris Spring put you off other books in this genre?

Not in this genre but by this author.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

He is a great news reader but his monotone delivery made me want to stop and not bother.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Disappointment as I expected a lot from this author.

Any additional comments?

I got lost in the myriad of characters and thought it may have got clearer as the story moved on but it never did.
