A helpful read for parents in the thick of it

I picked this up for my sister, who’s been navigating life with her energetic, big-hearted, wonderfully challenging ADHD kid. She said what made this book stand out was how practical and doable it all felt—not a list of things she should be doing, but real strategies that fit into real (often messy) life. The 4P Framework was especially helpful for creating more structure without feeling rigid. If you're feeling burnt out or unsure where to start, this book won’t solve everything—but it might give you the hope and direction you need.

A great tool

This guide is a great tool for dealing with overwhelming emotions and situations. The 10 steps provided are direct and if implemented, can be life changing. Even just taking one or two and really trying to get them into place would be so helpful. I really appreciated the focus on calm actions and not allowing my own impatience to overflow onto my children. Taking a step back and collecting your thoughts andhelping your child work through the struggle is very helpful. highly recommend with anyone struggling with adhd in kids.
