Senz'altro il fatto che si sia parlato molto di questi paesi nell'ultimo periodo ha dato una spinta importante alle loro economie, al punto che sembra legittimo parlare di profezie che si auto avverano. Ma si tratta soprattutto di potenzialità sulla carta. Sono infatti tante le variabili in gioco e non è sempre facile prevedere come si evolveranno i diversi scenari e in cosa si risolveranno queste potenzialità.
