About this listen
A power-hungry vampire in search of a fruitful alliance. A rebellious siren with a song to soothe the savage heart. Even an undead mastermind can't foresee everything...Seven dwarves. A poison apple. A glass coffin. It's a strange and terrifying world when events can take a turn for the better or worse with just...one bite.
©2016 Jennifer Blackstream (P)2016 Jennifer BlackstreamI really enjoyed this book. I am becoming a fan of the way Ms Blackstream takes traditional folk/fairy tales and makes them her own. This time it was Snow White that gets the Blackstream treatment!
I found this story very easy to read and get caught up in; the writing style was intelligent, the pace and plot development was well balanced, I enjoyed the twists and turns to the various mysteries woven throughout this (un) traditional paranormal romance tale.
I added the narration too and was impressed with Matt Addis' performance; the pace of his narration was just right and I enjoyed his vocal variances for the dialogue.
There is a background story arc that binds all of the Blood Prince books but each one can be read as a standalone romance.
