About this listen

The Omega War made every omega the property of the government. Now, my body doesn't belong to me.

I need permission to eat, to sleep, to breathe. The only thing I have left is my heart, but when the winter pack save me from a dangerous situation, they might take that from me too.

For Harper, joining the winter pack is a risk, one she doesn’t have a choice in. Being owned by an alpha pack means following the omega creed, a set of laws to prevent omegas from having any influence.

For the winter pack, Harper is a complication they’re not sure they need. After all, omegas are notorious for manipulating alphas. That’s why they’re under the strict control of the Omega Compound. It’s for the good of society.

But as Harper settles in, it becomes clear that the government has been hiding the truth—about omegas, and about the mating bond they feel growing every day.

Omega Found contains references to assault, sexual abuse and suicide that may be disturbing for some listeners.

From the beginning, this story has heavy themes. The society set up in this story says its doing what's best for the greater good but in reality it is working against the FMC and anyone like her. Enter the MMCs who start to see the consequences of what has been done to the FMC in the name of the greater good and realise that the way in which omegas are treated is wrong.
There was a complexity in the development of the main relationship as the MMCs initially struggle with what to believe based on what society tells them vs how the FMC interacts with them. I liked that eventually they realised the truth and became possessive and protective of the FMC.

Interesting Story

The book was the perfect mix of feelgood and sad/hard story. The characters in this book is SO LOVEABLE. Harper is a strong omega who has been through alot and her 4 alphas are Perfect for her.

Check trigger warnings because there are plenty of horrendous situations this poor omega goes through, some of which are difficult to digest. This utopian world is extremely harsh on omegas. The poor beings are treated worse than animals. It's utterly disturbing how the entire society is blind to what goes on in the compound and how propaganda turn them all against omegas. It's difficult not to notice the similarities with historical and current days of real political situations.....
Anyway, despite all of her suffering, she gets some lovely alphas who take care of her and eventually break the cycle of abuse. There is also plenty of spice, but unfortunately, no swords cross (only superficial mentions of it 😢 ).
It's included on KU and audible plus catalogue too.
Great narration. I almost melted to a puddle when Troy Duran started narrating. I'm also a big fan of Samantha Cook, but Troy's voices is just something else.

heavy and spicy
