Firstly got into Dianne Saxon with Jenna Morgan series but had this come up in my recommended and I was pleasantly surprised. Really like her style of writing and thoroughly enjoyed the plot twists

As usual with all Diane Saxon’s books, this was a great listen and kept me guessing. Fantastic narration.

I appreciated the sisters' relationships and loved the diversity in each of their lives. Saxon explains each situation in detail, helping the reader enjoy the environment and the character traits.

However, I'm unsure if I would have read this book if I had bothered to read the synopsis. With child abuse as the main theme, I nearly gave up. I'm uncomfortable reading about what men might do to young girls and boys, so this book was not an easy read for me.

The narration was excellent.

I have to give this one a “D” I’m afraid. Dreary, depressing and lacking in depth. Gave up around 2/3 of the way through when it didn’t improve!
