Practice what MY preaches...

Hi, this text book could get 5 stars once I try and put it into practice. Would give 4.5 stars if was possible. Seems relevant, practical and very appropriate ie was it written for me 🙂 or is it that we all suffer from similar issues and errrr all want similar things... 😂 ref health happiness etc etc. I really enjoyed listening to this book and will defo be trying out the useful and helpful techniques et-al referenced and explained within. Highly recommended!
