It provides both physical and mental reasons a person may need to drink, the triggers, and mindful tips to keep yourself in check. I felt encouraged and supported throughout the book, promoting my ability to follow through and find hope. Most of all, I liked the recipes for making drinks alcohol-free but still enjoying some flavor.
