Unusual narration style, read slowly, beautifully and deliberately, reveals a tale of drug dealers wiping each other out, while PI Hanlon investigates. Have listened to all 3 books in this series and have thoroughly enjoyed them. I like a detective series and the ones written by women often seem to be better choice for me (I dislike reading descriptions of what women look like or are wearing in the ones written by men, can be a little creepy). This series is an easy read, well narrated and I liked the characters.
