A compelling read from an expert in the subject matter
Ash is a loud mouth but comes out with substance.
this book is extremely informative and articulate so much so that it is difficult to stop.

Very timely
I’ve only recently found Ash through Novara Media where I enjoy her writing regularly, so, I found this book very helpful in understanding why the world is the way it is right now.

Solid arguments.
Not one to agree with a communist out-look on history or society (and still don’t) but the arguments made about societies failings are absolutely spot on. Hard to argue with the substance, but can argue through the lence it is applicable. Solid arguments, very gripping and informal writing style, 5/5 book would recommend,

Vital listening

Incredible must listen
Ash sarkar smashed it this book breaks down the use of minority rule as a mechanism for media and political class to keep us divided instead on focusing and mobilising against class struggle. Must listen!

Raises interesting points, but plays too safe
Ash addresses some important points, and provides some necessary introspection for the Left to explore, but more dissection of the groups identified is required. Individual examples, though thought provoking, do not delve enough into what can be done to counteract the messages permeating through to the Right-leaning, disenfranchised working class, that are defining the zeitgeist. I’d like to see Ash use this as a springboard for deeper analysis, drawing from broader phenomenological examples.
