Eye opening read
Really enjoyed this book and took so much from it. Highly recommended 👌🏻 So surprised to hear Dermot Whelen has gone through this, but a great help to myself going forward.

Beautifully accessible book on mental health
Absolutely loved this, straight talking, humorous, relatable book on mental health, the stresses of modern family life and real tools to help not just manage it, but to thrive in it. Can't recommend this book enough. Dermot smashed it.

Although I've meditated for a number of years, it was a very refreshing, lighthearted and hilariously Irish spin on the subject.

Honest & relatable
This book has really hit home for me, I can really relate to Dermot’s experiences and his story telling is just so gripping.
I have been practicing meditation for a while now and this was just a perfect book to lock everything into place.
