About this listen
Its hero is John Milton, who returns from Heaven and unites with Blake to explore the relationship between living writers and their predecessors, and to undergo a mystical journey to correct his own spiritual errors.©2017 SAGA Egmont (P)2017 SAGA Egmont
Droning voice makes it boring

Then, inexplicably, the narrator changes. The second voice suddenly makes the former sound like one of the great orators by comparison. He is absolutely awful. His pronunciation of ‘annihilation’ is painful (and in this section Blake uses it again and again), and it is a serious struggle to listen to the last quarter of this poem as a result.
I really do not think this production could be much worse (unless the second narrator read the entire poem). Not impressed.
A truly terrible production
