Very helpful
The big shift is not too far away in my future so I found this book to be incredibly informative. The author goes through the various changes women go through and what they can do to help themselves for through the more not so fun pieces such as night sweats and mood swings. I found it interesting of all the different changes women can go through. Even changing your diet can help alleviate some of the symptoms. I think this book would be great for men to listen to as well to get a good understanding of all the changes and how it messes with our emotions, our health and mental health.

Great guide and explanation
So often I hear menopause in a joke manner (sweats, mood swings, etc). This book is a clear cut guide to menopause including symptoms and advice for coping and maintaining. Highly recommend.
