I found this beginner's guide to sound healing interesting, as I am new to the topic. The book starts by introducing the topic and then goes on to cover topics like the impact of sound frequencies, vibrational energy, the effects of 440Hz music on our health, emotional frequencies, and chakras, amongst others. The book is very informative and gave me great insight into the topic. It includes lots of examples and recommendations on how to implement this practice into daily life, and I especially enjoyed the section on the sound healing techniques for relaxation, e.g., using different background music or sounds like nature sounds, Tibetan singing bowl, etc., in various settings to achieve results - highly recommended if you are interested in the topic.

This book not only teaches you about sound healing, it also let you feel the sound healing effect. that's the good thing of it being an audio version i think. when you are down, upset, or in any negative emotions, when you feel it's hard to put together, to cheer up, or anything of sort, before i'd always take quite a long time to recover. now i have a new way to recover much quicker, and get back in an even better form of myself. i think that's the most important lesson i learnt from listening to this book, and that is about sound healing.
