great for self-awareness and personal growth

I enjoy exploring topics like this. While I don’t see myself as toxic and haven’t been labeled as such, it’s still an important subject. It’s a great reminder of how communication and emotional intelligence impact our relationships. The strategies for improving these skills, along with stress management, are fantastic for building self-awareness. It also helps you recognize toxic behaviors in others that you might miss. Even though I’ve come across similar topics before, this audiobook still offered valuable insights. If you're looking to improve communication and emotional skills while understanding toxic behaviors, this is a solid choice.

Helping Me Take the First Step

I grabbed this book because I knew I needed to make some changes but didn’t know where to start. It felt relatable and not overwhelming, which made it easier for me to really reflect and actually do the exercises. The advice is practical and doesn’t make you feel judged. I’m already seeing small improvements in how I handle stress and talk to people I care about. Worth it if you're ready to shift things.
