WOW. What a great book. I felt so seen and empowered by everything Eric Von Jares talks about. Having OCD not only affects the person who has it but also their relationships. It can be very frustrating for the person because you don't feel understood. I can say that after listening to this book my perspective on my own OCD has changed. I now can accept it more and see it as something that empower me. The author, does an amazing job at explaining what OCD is and provides helpful tools on how to manage it. I definitely would recommend this book to anyone who has OCD or know of someone who does.
