The Best Way to Relax After a Long Day

This Audiobook has Changed the Game for Me I have long battled insomnia and anxiety, but this combination of relaxing stories and guided imagery has worked wonders. They are imaginative, fun, and also extremely calming stories. I love that each one is intended to allow me to shake off the stress of the day and purge my brain. Sallybeth leads one slowly and quietly, quickly winding down so that they can drift into a restful slumber. I no longer lay awake tossing and turning, and I wake up feeling less exhausted and more relaxed.

A Dreamy Journey Into Tranquility

I n ever knew adult bedtime stories existed until I found this audiobook! The stories are so soothing, and all so imaginative, they help turn off my racing thoughts and help me get into a restful place before bed. This is very helpful for anxiety and stress. Every night, excited to escape into a world of comforting, soothing adventures where all my worries can melt away. Sallybeth’s narration is just so soothing I always fall asleep before the end of the story. This one has saved my life since, who knew, I struggle with sleep and anxiety.

A Fun, Rhythmic Journey to Deeper Sleep

This book on tape has been such a fun addition to my nighttime routine. These stories are purely imaginative, and I love how they keep my mind calm with soothing imagery and gentle pacing. The guided imagery and calming stories transport me out of the stress of my day and help me drift into sleep seamlessly. Sallybeth’s voice is made for this kind of content — soft, soothing and incredibly easy to listen to. I can now fall asleep faster, and my quality of sleep improved drastically. An Gentle, Calming Escape for Overwrought Minds

If you deal with stress, anxiety or insomnia — this audiobook is a breath of fresh air. The stories themselves are soothing and gentle, and the relaxation techniques that are woven into each of them so helpfully alleviate tension. Sallybeth’s calming voice makes every story seem as if it is a personal meditation session, and I get to escape from the chaos of the day. Nearly every night this audiobook takes a break from whatever thoughts are rumbling through my mind, allowing me to chill and get to sleep quickly. It’s now an integral piece of my nighttime routine, and I cannot recommend it enough to anyone interested in some levels of peace and rest during their sleep.

A Tranquil Escape to Peaceful Sleep

This audio book was such a blessing. I have had insomnia for over three months and the past three days I have been able to sleep! The stories are so soothing and gentle, each honed to help take away anxiety and calm my brain. I am especially fond of the creative settings, such as pizza-loving mermaids and unicorns in the clouds — these stories put me in a different place where I can escape my stress. The combination of calming imagery and mellifluous narration has made getting to sleep that much easier. I actually do look forward to going to bed now every night. Would recommend to anyone needing assistance in winding down!

It might be impossible to describe the extent to which this audiobook has helped me. For — after a long day strewn with the stress and anxiety of work, I have difficulty unwinding and sleeping. But these bedtime stories are just what the doctor ordered! The gentle pacing and calming narrative techniques put me at ease right away. Sallybeth’s voice is incredibly soft and soothing, giving the experience the feeling of a one-on-one relaxation session. I have really loved this audiobook to listen at night before bed. Not only are the soothing stories beautifully crafted but they are masterfully designed to calm my mind after a rigmarole day. The guided relaxation in each story helps me release any remaining anxiety in my body, and the storytelling is just right — so engaging that my racing thoughts swiftly float away from the tensions of quotidian existence. Make Your Bedtime a Soothing Ritual

I never knew how much difference bedtime stories could make until I stumbled on this audiobook. These are also adult stories that are ideal for sedating your brain and lifting your anxiety. I love the soothing imagery and gentle themes, and the pacing of the narration is perfect for winding down. Sallybeth’s voice is so calming, and as I listen to her I can feel the tension in my body melting away. I fall asleep noticeably faster these days and feel more refreshed in the a.m. It’s the ideal balm after a stressful day, and I now can’t picture going to bed without it.

Soothing, Calming & An Effective Anti-Anxiety Aid

Be inspired if you have racing thoughts till the midnight. The stories run extremely calming and I appreciate how they introduced calming techniques to help stress and anxiety. And the variety of the stories is what keeps it all interesting, while still giving me an escape, be it whimsical or a little more grounding. The narration, by Sallybeth, is another layer of relaxation. It’s the right combination of meditative and stimulating. I can let go of my anxieties now and sleep soundly without medications.
