There was parts of this story I enjoyed and parts that just frustrated and annoyed me parts of the story where very slow to emerge and end how you knew it was going to end but took long enough to get there

This book was lovely. It took me a while to get used to the back and forth in time. But oh my god I couldn't stop listening. The narrattor did a great job. I could listen to that voice all day and I did.

I enjoyed this so much it was difficult for me to leave it be. The characters pulled me in. I loved being part of this journey. Excellent writing from a wonderful Author. I know I have posted the same review for Gerri's other writings, but it all comes down to the fact that I am drawn to an excellent story which they all are.

Abby, I can't find any other voice/narrator, that is so capable of making each character so individual. You are so skilled in your craft and an absolute must in my book.

...beautifully narrated by Abby Craden. This is one for my favourites folder and is definitely one I will come back to again in the future. It added to my enjoyment that places and characters I enjoyed in GH's previous work were included, even though only briefly, in this book.

Gerri Hill once again captures the magic of love with relatable characters and a plot that feels both sweet and real. The chemistry between the leads is undeniable, and their journey together is filled with warmth, laughter, heartache and touching moments. This book is the perfect escape. A beautifully uplifting read!
