I loved this book so hard. The balance between the characters and the storyline is amazing. There’s a real story that I can easily see would trouble celebrities when they first start their journey. Meghan is wonderful and has a beautiful tone to her voice.

First of all I have to say thank you to the person who suggested that I have a listen to this audio book.

And wow what a book it is!!!
We first meet Dra at a local bar, cheering on her step-sister, not really planning on meeting anyone, she’s just left work and headed straight over to show her support, as it was her sisters first day of work there.
Meeting the handsome Lazz was just a fluke, and immediately she had a dislike of him. He did after all insult her twice in twenty minutes. But after Lazz overhears Dra sing he offers them both an chance to reach there dreams.
Can Dra overcome her fears and her past or will it come back to bite her... after all being raped and giving birth at 16 isn’t something she wants to remember. Plus, Lazz is carrying some pretty extensive baggage from his past as well.
Can there love for each other help them concur there pasts or will it drive them further apart.
Loved the book, and I was especially proud of Dra over overcoming her past and finally getting some closer about her son. It’s just sad that it took Lazz being attacked by her psycho ex for her to finally see what was important to her.
Loved that ending though ❤️❤️

I really enjoyed this listen. It flows, does not stall out or drag. The character struggles are relatable. I would call this a slow burn, low-mod angst storyline. The narration is amazing; easy to distinguish between all the characters both male and female. 🎧 AudiobookObsession

This was pure magic. I am new to this narrator and author. I love that Laz was able to get a second chance. Drea and Laz HEA was sweet. Hearing about Drea's past was related to people and so was Laz. I think thats why I enjoyed this book. I cannot believe that I am just discovering this author and narrator. They are now on my must read and listen list.

This really was a lovely story , (An)drea and Laz both had a really sad past but their stories made them what they are today and together they fight battles thrown at them whilst trying to form a girl group , it was written and narrated perfectly, I'm not usually a massive fan of romances that are based in the music industry but I really enjoyed this one

The characters and the whole story in this book is so good I can’t even begin to tell! I love Drea And Laz!!! And enjoyed being allowed to read their story and be involved in it!! There were many parts of this’s that I very much enjoyed but can’t really elaborate on without spoilers so I’ll just say... Michelle Valentine .. you are awesome and Meghan Kelly you are a whiz with the narration!!!

I’ve listened to this twice since I received it and it was as good the second time as it was the first!

Fresh meat wanna be female lead singer and a second chance bad boy ex singer turned executive find an HEA as they both start new careers in the music industry with everyone around them hiding secrets.
MV has made a writing career out of Rockstar romances and not many other authors can compare. So if a Rockstar romance is what you're looking for, give this one a try.

This was one of the most emotional rock star romance I have read. I loved the drama and the way you connect so well with Laz and Drea. This book want you to support Laz grow from his mistakes of the pas and Drea break out of her shell. This is differently worth the listen, the credit and the money.

Yet again Meghan Kelly does it again with an amazing performance. Michelle Valentine brings out the rawness of two broken pasts together. One from a rich adoptive family and one from a mother who chose adoption as the best option for her. Laz pushes her to see that she is worth being loved and she made the right decision for her and her baby boy.
