Summary
One night of laughter and explosive passion with a stranger about to be deployed changed Nefertari’s life. Pregnant with no way to find him she was shunned by her family and had to struggle to create the best life she could for their beautiful daughter. Working as a Yoga instructor at a shady spa is both her salvation and downfall. After a chance conversation she discovers one of her students knows her mysterious man, Dragon, but she unknowingly discovers a drug ring being run by a street gang. A gang who needs her to remain silent.
Dragon often dreamed of the girl who got away, the girl who ruined him for other women with her body and her heart. When he finally finds her, he never expected she would be in mortal danger or discover he has a daughter. As a Brother in the Dark Sons MC he knows he and his Brothers can protect Tari and Lali, but winning Tari’s heart is a solo mission. The two of them must find love while staying alive and bringing down a criminal ring intent on killing her. Does their lightning hot attraction still exist? Can their love grow under fire and blossom into the family they both dream of?
This is book two in the Dark Sons Motorcycle Club series and can be enjoyed independently.

Loved it!
I love this series! Lost in the Dark is just, if not more riveting than the first book in the Dark Sons MC series. Dark Sons MC is now one of my favourite MC romance series. The writing, plot and character development all have the right ingredients for composing an enticing story. The storyline is super engaging, suspenseful, gritty, and steamy, with enough moving parts to keep you entirely engrossed. Dragon and Tari have a past with explosive connection, one conceived from passion, desire, and time. Their story is wonderfully written and as captivating as the characters.
The audiobook is very well-narrated. Gregory Salinas and Shammen Mccune were simply amazing. They literally breathed life into the characters and made the story even more enjoyable. Lost in the Dark was a fantastic listen, and I can't wait to hear the rest of the brothers' journeys.

Fantastic Story & Narration🎧 Riveting & Heartfelt
Ann Jensen pens another amazing “Dark Sons MC” novel, the second book in the series but is written to stand on its own. Each book features a different member of the Dark Sons Motorcycle Club, characters crossover into each others book but the author details everything you need to know about them for you to not feel lost or that you missed something. The character development and world building is fantastic. This book is Nefertari “Tari” and Dragon’s story, the two met when Dragon was on leave from the Navy, he is a seal and was leaving for his next mission in three hours. There was an instant connection between them and their time together was unforgettable and smoking hot. He took her number and promised to call when he returned to the states. Tari got pregnant that night, her parents disowned her and left her to fend for herself. She tried to find how she could get in touch with Dragon, but she didn’t have his full name or contact info. She struggles to make ends meet but working two jobs she manages to get by. One of those job is teaching yoga at the Dark Zen, a spa with questionable activities which he did not get involved in. In an amazing twist, it is that job that brings Val, Dozer’s old lady, into her life. And when she tells her about her daughter’s father and learns that they know him she is both thrilled and afraid, afraid he won’t accept her and his daughter. But she had nothing to worry about, Dragon never forgot Tari and no one measured up to her since. Once he found her he was not going to let her go. Then she is attacked, she manages to call for help, but her injuries are severe and she loses some of her memory. The Dark Sons MC investigate why she was attacked and by who. I loved how everything played out in this book, it is a cleverly plotted story with plenty of drama, angst, mystery, thrilling suspense, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. Ann Jensen, thank you for another great story and wild and thrilling emotional rollercoaster ride. Loved the lines at the start of each chapter too.
🎧📚🎧 And for the wonderful narration, Gregory Salinas and Shammen Mccune did an amazing job bringing these characters to life, humanizing them, giving each their own distinct voice and personality. They had a complete understanding of the characters they portrayed, sounding believable in every role they played and just as I pictured the characters to sound. Shammen McCune played Tori’s role with perfection, Gregory Salinas did the same for Dragon, both were great playing the secondary characters as well. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the characters’ emotions and projected them into his performance. These talented narrators and a versatile voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for this amazing listen.
