Joy of words

The sounds and rhythm of words is joyous. The privilege of hearing Lem Sissay reading them himself makes it more sublime. The title of the book reflects its content. Just beautiful.

A Treasure!

What a treasure this is! I have never been much of a poetry reader, but I heard Lemn on the radio at the weekend and was captured by one of his poems. I listened to this book and I think the poems are just beautiful. And it adds to the experience when the poet reads them himself. It certainly pours the light into my day. I'll get the paper book as well to appreciate the poems at a slower pace. Thank you for this treasure trove Lemn!
