good leadership book

heavily tactical would not recommend for general leadership only for military and police but great book

Interesting but needed editing

Some excellent and unique insights for leaders in tactical contexts but the book would have benefitted from a stern editor. This is an unfiltered stream of thought, heavily laden with personal opinions and a lot of repetition.
