From over a century ago Rudolph Steiner’s ideas have fascinated me. The message is as ancient as humanity but contains a practical side. I tried a few of the techniques described - as I understood them and was intrigued by the immediate result. A walk in nature whilst being aware of how it makes me feel gave me a sense of connection I needed.
