Summary

I'm an adventurer, not a girl-dad.

When you grow up with a single mom and quadruplet baby sisters, you find out two things. You can change two diapers at once, and you don't want to. Anyway, my job was finding gold. And however much I liked New Zealand, it had already been explored.

Now, rescuing a woman dressed in a nightdress at a costume ball? That worked for me. And holding her up against the wall, to shield her from the cops, was pure enjoyment.

Driving with her to a barbecue, a fruit salad in my lap, and her twins - her girl twins - in the back seat? Out of my comfort zone.

And that was before she started asking me for dating lessons, and wondering how to explain that she couldn’t have sex before marriage.

I had it under control, though. I was coping. Until those four sisters of mine decided to go looking for their sperm donor.

Great summer listen

This isn’t a just another straight forward HEA. It’s thoughtful, engaging story with beautifully complex characters . I loved following Laila realise her strength and power with the parallel of Lachlan discovering that being vulnerable is ok and he is fully capable of love and peacefulness. Rosalind has a special gift of writing children that are fully fleshed out characters not just fillers. There are some emotional chapters that bring you right into the characters world. This book is so worth the failing into the the audiobook and story

I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. I was not compensated for my review, and I was not required to write a positive review. The opinion expressed here is my own

The best one yet!

Just when I think this series cannot get any better! Omg! Amira for the win! I have my own little Amira and Yasmin at home so they had me in stitches. This book is just too funny! Oh and the lead character were amazing too. lol!

Unconvincing romance

Nothing about this romance seemed to gel with me. Lachlan was so understanding and patient he seemed unrealistically perfect. Laila was way too naive for someone who had lived in New Zealand for so long, and I am getting a little bored with female characters who manage to be beautiful and sexy without any effort and without being aware of their attractiveness. Sorry, I love this author, but I didnt finish this book.
