Please change the Narrator
The Narrator is just not up to the quality that this book deserves . I’ve bought the physical book now as gave up listening to it with Audible ,

Gripping. Intriguing story line. Well narrated.
I have only read one other Adelle Parks story, but if all of her writing is as good as the two that I’ve read that I thoroughly recommend reading all her books

Enjoyed
I am so glad there was a sequel. I’m glad there was an ending to the both of you. It was so good to hear the characters in a more forgiving light and understand them more. I loved it. Thank you

Annoying narrator and long winded writing
I found this book to be drawn out and at times agonisingly boring to listen to .
It was repetitive in the sense that when describing something, the author repeats the same thoughts or storyline in different ways if only just to make up the volume of the book !
I persevered and luckily then towards the middle of the novel it began to get a little more interesting! There was too much jumping from one character to the next.
To be fair I had not read the first novel and this also annoyed me as I would have liked to have known that I could have perhaps listened to the book before this one as this was the sequel ! I felt confused with what was going on .
Not a bad storyline, but too many chapters !

Different to mystery books I usually read, this had everything. A building plot, clear characters and motivations and some excellent narration,

Well put together
I enjoyed this, a lot better written than a few I’ve read of late.I was keen to know the outcomes for the characters and I liked it that there were no clear baddies/goodies ( murder/kidnap aside)Everyone had flaws and reasons. I enjoyed the narration,she did a good job of the voices,no annoying habits,I’d listen to her again happily. It did get a bit crazy for the ‘conclusive incident’, too far fetched, unlikelness etc but it sounded dramatic and I can see that translating to film well .

Another triumph from Adele Parks
Such a cleverly written plot, following on from Both of You. This had all of the twists you loved from the story that preceded it. LOVED IT! Read them both immediately!!!!

Too unrealistic for my liking
Just an outrageous unrealistic storyline, didn’t really enjoy this book at all. I have listened all the way through but found the characters unbelievable and the story line just too much for me.
