Glenn Harrolds hypnosis is as usual really good - I've used a few hypnosis cds over the years and have found his far and away the best. This is no exception and it is worth getting this purely for the hypnosis.

The advice chapter beforehand is very basic and the info can be got anywhere else on the Internet in more depth and in a more specialised way. it prioritises things like getting organic environmentally friendly cleaning products. so it's also like a personal agenda for certain types of products rather than helpful advice specifically relating to having a good pregnancy. I just switched it off half way through and went straight to the hypnosis.

Glenn Harrold is so good that I wish he'd done his normal thing and put a variation of the hypnosis on as the second track as with his sleep cd that's second one is s really beautiful visualisation.

ps this is one that gently wakes you up at the end not one to go to sleep to. it would have been great to have something that also did the going to sleep thing as the second track.

Having loved the Joyful Pregnancy later on & breast feeding CD I have bought this earlier pregnancy audiobook for my 2nd pregnancy. Love it & have recommended to friends. Makes me really excited about my pregnancy, takes away nerves, relaxing. Provides helpful & sensible thinking points. Glenn Harrold's hypnotherapy on this helps me sleep when nothing else can. Bought his other sleep hypnotherapy CDs when not been pregnant.

I was very disappointed with this... This opening is okay, but the production is very unprofessional and the first meditation with the man is a head wreck as it's a computerised enhanced voice... I couldn't listen to it and instead of making me relax it made me angry to have wasted money..
