I really enjoyed this book.

I really enjoyed this book, way more than I thought I would. The principles in here, while seemingly common sense, are so applicable to your everyday life. It was enjoyable to read and it kept me engaged the whole time! That's so hard to do for me. Check it out for yourself.

No more weight loss plateaus

I was eating too much, too fast. I love the research Simone Jacobs presents on how non-dieters maintain skinny weights and have found this to be key to continued weight loss, not to mention ridding the feeling of deprivation over the foods I really want by learning to savor each bite and feel the fullness queues from my body. This is a real manageable lifestyle! I love how she has researched the spiritual origins of fasting which when followed ultimately heal our body from sickness and our mind from food addictions.

Easy to read and packed full

This book is excellent! It is easy to read and packed full of wisdom. No more yo-yo dieting! I love the part on fasting and love the biblical principles. I highly recommend this book!

Real tips and tricks.

I enjoyed listening to the audible version of this book. It felt like Simone Jacobs was right there in the room having a friendly conversation with me. The information is great! Great tips on how to deal with social eating too! Can't wait for the weight loss as I follow the fasting and skinny eating rules.

Simone Jacobs is just like most of us. He put everyone and everything in front of her own health for a long time. He knew she needed a change and wanted to become healthier for herself, her family and God’s purpose in her life. In this book she explains how he turned her health around and gives you her game plan for success. Whether you want to do it exactly her way or not, you will find inspiration here.
