About this listen
Oh, Japan....
All Jackrabbit, Herald of the Rabbit God Leporidus, wanted to do was give his best friend Bunny a nice pre-wedding gift in the form of a trip to Japan.
Naturally, Bunny is kidnapped by ninjas shortly after their arrival, forcing Jackrabbit to play superhero, detective, martial artist, video game enthusiast, street preacher, and more in his quest to rescue his friend. Along the way, he'll need help from Frog God Herald Kaeru no Uta, talking chimpanzee Chimp Braddock, the Bareknucks Brawler, a Buddhist monk teleporter, and a whole lot of charm and luck. All the while, he's in a country where he doesn't speak the language, doesn't know the customs, but he knows one thing is sure....
Ninjas are real.

With his best friend getting married Jackrabbit wants to get him the prefect gift if only he could think of it. Then he wins a trip to Japan all he has to do is show up at the agricultural show and his and bunny trip and accommodation is paid for. When they arrive they are in for a shock. First Jackrabbit has a huge fan group in Japan, they even have there own tour bus decked out to look like him. The second is Bunny is kidnapped right off the tour bus by ninjas. But Ninjas aren't real. Jackrabbit gets fed up of hearing that and goes on the rampage looking for his friend, he doesn't find him but he does find a teenage girl with frog super powers. Can the pair of them rescue Bunny? Jackrabbit might have saved the world from giant cockroaches but can he save his best friend from a talking chimpanzee? Especially in a country were he doesn't speak the language?
I like Paige Whitney as the narrator, her comic timing and enthusiasm is perfect for the characters.
