"Insightful, helpful, witty, and very practical. This book can change your life." (Daniel G. Amen, M.D., author of Change Your Brain, Change Your Life)
That frustration aside, the content was very enlightening, informative and perhaps most significantly of all, for me personally, incredibly validating.
I learnt some new stuff but I also now have the much needed confirmation that I'm not losing my marbles and I'm not the (main) problem... I can see light at the end of this very long, very dark tunnel for the first time in longer than I care to acknowledge.
Validation at last!
