One of the best investment books I have read. The author lays out all the information in a very easy-to-follow plan and as a beginner in investing, I found it easy to absorb and understand all the information. I especially liked the insight on how to invest in notes without any money. The narrator also has great pacing and an excellent voice.

Since I am new to investing, I have read quite a few books on the topic but this one is by far one of the most valuable I have encountered up until now. It gives you a great step by step guide on mortgage notes, assessing them, and explains how to profitably invest in them. Definitely recommend it!

I got this book because I've been thinking about investing recently for my children's future. As times are so unpredictable at the moment, you never know what will work and what won't.

The author has put forward an interesting prospect of investment that I had never thought about before. investing in Notes. author has talked about in detail of what Notes are and how and when to invest. There is a lot of advice about this type of investment and warning of course as every business has a risk.

I would recommend this book to people who are thinking about investing in real estate and are interested in building a passive income or much more depending on how confident you are and willing to take a risk!

The author speaks from his experience and that is the most striking part. It is always best to learn from people's true experiences rather than relying on simple google compilations. This audio teaches tricks and tips how to invest and optimize your income. Even with zero money, he finds ways to teaches secrets to success! I think for low income people, beginners and youth, this is really great!

It had been no secret to me RE investing had always been the way to go if I had to become wealthy. I tried my hand in it using wholesaling and flipping strategies and failed. Beaux in this book, made me understand why I was unsuccessful. I'm also now without any shred of a doubt, convinced investing in notes is actually the way to go. An incredible job was done explaining the different types of notes you can choose and invest in.
I totally recommend this book.

During the pandemic, like everyone else i’ve been trying to find new ways of working and earning money, I’d made some money in investing, lost more in Crypto but saw the potential of what could be achieved and so was glad to find Invest like a Bank: How to Make Millions from Other People’s Debt as it clearly and informative lays out an avenue for investing I’d not previously considered. Lots of questions answered and information provided. And even better an accompanying PDF is available to refer back to when needed. Very helpful.

I have been investing in stock and shares and also a big of crypto for the past couple of years and with all honesty I have lacked direction. This audiobook is going down as my bible moving forward. Such clear and well presented information which for a beginner/intermediate investor is critical. flipping real estate is another venture I want to pursue at some stage and this was also discussed in a very well thought through manner. I loved it!

I have been thinking of retiring with real estate, and this book comes in handy to give relevant tips and guide on how to invest to get returns that is worth it. The book provides insight into many areas worth investing in rather than the traditional ways that I have always known. Finding excellent deals was the most helpful point in the book.
