 Nakano Broadway in Tokyo's Nakano Ward is known as an "otaku building" or "subculture haven" because it has many stores that sell rare items, such as anime merchandise, that are difficult to get anywhere else. 東京の中野区にある中野ブロードウェイは、アニメグッズをはじめ、他では手に入らない珍品を販売する店が多く、＂オタクビル＂や＂サブカルチャーの聖地＂などといわれています。
地下3階、地上10階建てのビルのうち、地下1階から地上4階までが商業施設で、5階から上はマンションです。
もともとは普通の商店街だった中野ブロードウェイが現在のような姿になったのは、1980年に漫画専門の古書店「まんだらけ」が開店してから。
以後、さまざまなマニア向けの店が出店し、現在では幅広いジャンルの店が約300店舗も集まります。
