Deep knowledge and wisdom
This book is fantastic. I am writing a review in response to the 1 star review that I read here. I have been in a spiritual journey for a while now, and everything that I hear from this book connects to everything else that I have studied in the past years. I love how practical this book is in terms grounding such abstract concepts as a comprehensive and clear approach to the development of self-mastery. It is indeed a book for people that can connect with the depth of its content.

Full of nonsense. wish I hadnt bought it.
I bought this audiobook as a friend was going on the authors course. I intended to listen for at least one hour. I deleted it after fifteen minutes . Time and mind is precious.
