Both relaxing & profound, a rare combination

I love this ‘How To…’ series and especially ‘How To Relax’ I’ve listened to this book dozens of times as it contains meditations and insights - the rare form of insight that is so profound it moves you to relaxation & insction & feels experiential, Thay reminds the listener of inscriptions on temples which read ‘Do Not Squander Your Life’ - as a westerner - it takes av axial shift to recognise relaxing is the foundation of the quality of mind which helps you not to waste your life
