The book is a mixture of personal stories and guided hypnosis. I have listened to the thing a few times including at night during sleep as the voice narrating (the author’s) is very soothing. What was one of the most memorable moments of How to Have an Out of Body Experience?
A few of the stories he tells about his own experience are very interesting, and these give rise to suggestions for things one can get up to whilst travelling out of the body – for example meeting with deceased loved ones or overcoming fears. The stories on both these were intriguing and I’ve garnered some ideas from these.Which scene did you most enjoy?
I enjoyed extracting ideas on what to do whilst out of body – I came away with five suggestions on this from the book:Meeting with deceased loved ones
Giving healing to others and to oneself
Overcoming fears and meeting ones higher self
Visiting far away places and past lives
Overcoming the vibration state to travel into other dimensions
